Investigating - We are currently investigating a spike in 5xx error rates originating from our primary API cluster. The issue appears to be causing downstream delays in Webhooks and Event Streams, as well as slower processing times for Automations and Background Actions. Early signs indicate that one of our database replicas is experiencing intermittent timeouts, which may be contributing to request failures and queue delays.
